Choix du numéro 115
Nous avons proposé et obtenu le numéro 115 du Club 41 belge parce qu’il était libre tant vis-à-vis des autres Clubs 41 existants que pour une future Table Ronde qui souhaiterait un jour, former un Club 41.
Nous avons aussi choisi ce numéro parce que nous sommes 18 personnes à la base de la construction de ce club et que 18…115, rappelant ainsi, la célèbre bataille de Waterloo.
Waterloo étant la ville fief de notre Club internationalement connue dans le monde.
Pourquoi ‘International’
Dès le début, tous les membres ont souhaité s’ouvrir aux Clubs 41 étrangers. Issus de 6 Clubs Table Ronde différents, beaucoup d’entre nous ont conservé d’excellents contacts avec d’autres clubs hors de nos frontières.
Ils souhaitent entretenir et faire partager à l’ensemble des membres ces relations internationales. Les 19 Clubs 41 et Tables Rondes étrangers présents à notre Charter Meeting du 24 juin 2017 témoignent de cette volonté. Raison pour laquelle nous avons ajouté ‘international’
Objectif ‘115’
Une fois le numéro 115 accepté par le Comité National en août 2016, nous avons cherché quel Club41 français portait le numéro 115.
C’est ainsi que nous avons d’abord pris contact avec le Club41 français d’Avesnes sur Helpe 115.
En octobre 2016, nous avons pu rencontrer, à l’occasion de l’AGM belge à Eupen, le Club41 allemand de Dortmund 115.
Un mois plus tard, en novembre 2016, nous prenions contact avec Club41 Indien de Salem 115. En 2017, nous avons continué nos recherches et avons pu contacter le Club41 Suédois de Borghlom 115 en février, le Club41 Hollandais de Noordwijk 115 en mars et en mai, la Table Ronde 115 de Boulogne sur Mer.
Avec notre Club41 Brabant International 115, ce ne sont pas moins de 7 Clubs Table Ronde et 41 qui ont été mis en contact pour construire un projet ‘115’ dans le futur. 4 étaient déjà présents à notre charter meeting du 24 juin 2017
